Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your bag on the website or in the DreamSpire app, then check out. You don't need an account to buy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices show in your local currency in more than 100 currencies, based on your country. You can change country at the bottom of the website.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure checkout, on the website and in the app. We never see your full card number.
What is Build Your Kit?
Get a hoodie, joggers and a hat in one order and you get 20% off. It's applied automatically at checkout, so there's no code to enter.
Do you have discount codes?
Sign up to our newsletter on the homepage and you'll get a code for 10% off your first order, for one use. Use the same email at checkout. The Build Your Kit offer applies automatically, with no code needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and what you'd like to change. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be changed.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. Signing in on dreamspireclothing.com lets you see your orders in one place.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is worked out at checkout from your address, before you pay. It isn't free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 5 to 8 business days. In the UK, delivery is usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. International orders usually take 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to more than 230 countries and territories. Choose your country at checkout to see the price and delivery options.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. International orders ship Delivered Duty Paid, so duties are already paid and you shouldn't be charged anything on arrival.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in at dreamspireclothing.com to see your order status.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If it's still not moving, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return something if I change my mind or the size is wrong?
No. We can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong size being ordered or similar reasons. Please check the size guide before you order. Our full returns policy is at dreamspireclothing.com/policies/refund-policy.
What if my item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong?
You're covered. Email dreamspiremerchandise@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What counts as faulty?
A manufacturing fault, print error or defect; an item that isn't what you ordered; or an item that arrived damaged.
How long do I have to report a problem?
30 days from the day your order is delivered.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide, and there's a full one at dreamspireclothing.com/pages/size-guide. The measurements are of the garment laid flat, not your body, so measure a piece you already own and compare.
How do hoodies, tees and sweatshirts fit?
Chest (armpit to armpit, times two) and length: S 96–101 cm chest, 68–70 cm long (closer fit). M 102–107 cm, 70–72 cm (regular). L 108–113 cm, 72–74 cm (relaxed, boxy). XL 114–120 cm, 74–76 cm (oversized). 2XL 120–128 cm, 76–78 cm (oversized+). Heavyweight pieces feel roomy.
How do joggers and shorts fit?
Waist (laid flat, times two) and inseam: S 70–76 cm, 74–76 cm. M 76–82 cm, 76–78 cm. L 82–88 cm, 78–80 cm. XL 88–96 cm, 80–82 cm. 2XL 96–104 cm, 82–84 cm.
What size are the hats?
Hats, caps, beanies and visors are one size, fitting heads of 55–60 cm, with a snap or stretch back.
Should I size up?
Stay true to size for a clean look. For a baggy look, go up one size.
What sizes do you stock?
Most pieces come in S to 2XL. Each product page shows exactly which sizes are available and which are in stock.

What do you sell?
Hoodies, joggers, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, shorts, jeans, hats and beanies, and accessories, plus kids' and women's pieces.
What are your clothes made of?
It depends on the piece. Each product page lists its fabric. For example, some pieces are 85% cotton and 15% polyester.
How should I wash my DreamSpire pieces?
Follow the care label inside each piece.
How do I hear about new drops?
New pieces appear first in New In.

Yes. DreamSpire is free on the App Store for iPhone: the App Store.

What information do you keep about me?

How do I delete my data?

How do I stop marketing emails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
