What is 500GSM fabric?
500GSM (grams per square metre) is an ultra-heavyweight French loopback cotton — nearly double the weight of standard high-street hoodies. It gives each piece a structured, premium drape that holds its shape wash after wash.
Can I return an item if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
No — every piece is made to order specifically for you when you place your order, so we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong size, or similar reasons. This is standard for made-to-order goods. Please check our size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong?
You're fully covered. If your item is faulty or defective, arrives damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, email dreamspiremerchandise@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does delivery take?
Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 5–8 business days. UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days after dispatch. See Track Order in your account for live status once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally, and will I pay customs fees?
Yes — we fulfil across UK, EU, and US hubs. All international orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning any customs and import fees are already included at checkout. You won't be charged extra at your doorstep.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a full size guide with measurements — check it before ordering, since made-to-order pieces can't be exchanged for a different size once produced.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email, and you can also check live status any time under Track Order in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout, processed securely through Shopify.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production starts quickly on made-to-order items, we can only cancel or amend an order if you contact dreamspiremerchandise@gmail.com within a few hours of ordering, before it enters production. Once production has started, it can't be changed or cancelled.
